To compare with the related indicators through copying the model of different constitution rats,initial reveal the difference of body temperature and inflammatory reaction between different constitution rats.Method:Refer to the documents about method of manufacturing an animal model and improved farming methods in the pre-experiment created rat model of normal constitution,cold body and hot body.60 male Wistar rats,weighing 200-220g,uses improved farming methods feeding and measured the rectal temperature after six weeks.Fixed daily time measured the rectal temperature for 3 consecutive days.Normal constitution group's temperature is average±0.2℃,cold body and hot body' temperature is average±1℃.Temperature difference between the two groups is more than 2℃.It proves model making successful.Attack the rats with LPS to make the rats fever.Result:Different physical rats attacked with LPS have different fluctuations in temperature.The cold body group sensitive to drug attacks and have large temperature fluctuations.But the response is lagging behind.Heat and regular group have small fluctuations in body temperature.The content of IL-1β,TNF-α,CRP of heat body group is higher than cold body group and common body group after one hour(P<0.05);Three hours later,the content of IL-1βof common body group is higher than the cold body group and the heat body group.Six hours later,the content of IL-1β,TNF-α,CRP of cold body group is lower than the common body group(P<0.05).There is no difference between the heat body group and the common body group(P<0.05).IL-10 with the body temperature changes in the reverse curve.At 3 hour IL-10 content in the cold body group is less than the heat body group(p<0.01).The heat body group content is more than the common body group(p<0.05).At 6 hour IL-10 content in the common body group less than the heat body group(p<0.05).Conclusion:After eliminating toxic material,there are the variability on the body temperature changing and correlated inflammatory excitatory transmitter between cold body group, common body group and heat body group.The heat body group is most sensitive to inflammatory stimulus.The reaction of the cold body group is relative hysteretic.
