The Experimental Research Of Xiangshaliujunzitang And Its Separated Formulae On Spleen Deficiency Gastric Ulcer Model Rats

Aching is the main clinical symptom of ulcer disease,illness position of which is stomach,and involving in liver and spleen.Under pathologic state, various factors can result in the liver failing to maintain the normal flow of qi, the ascending and descending of qi activities of spleen and stomach abnormally,which leading to the malfunction of the flow of qi and blood,the stagnation of blood in stomach of collaterals and subcollateralsv.Peptic ulcer with long course of disease often attacks recurrently,and it is cured difficultly. In addition,the abnormal movement of qi and blood can also cause the deficiency of spleen and stomach and qi stasis,which shows that qi stasis is a main factor of ulcer.The treatment of promoting and nourishing qi has profound and far-reaching significance for preventing and treating peptic ulcer.This study aims to observe the effect of anti-ulcer of Xiangshaliujunzi Decoctionbased on the correlated clinical study and pharmaco-investigation to provide objective evidences from the two aspects of pharmacodynamics and effective mechanism.Spleen deficiency was established with rhubarb and abnormal diet.Duplicate rat peptic ulcer model by means of pyloric ligature,acetic acid daub,water immersion stress and Indocin methods to observe the effects of Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction and its separated prescription on experimental gastric ulcer and explore the potential anti-ulcerative mechanism of action in preventing and treating peptic ulcer.Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction has conspicuous effect of treating action on gastric ulcer caused by acetic acid daub.It has conspicuous effect of preventing action on gastric ulcer caused by pyloric ligature,water immersion and Indocin methods.Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction cannot play roles on gastric juice quantity due to acetic acid daub,but can decrease the acidity and pepsin activity.Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction can increase the activity of SOD and decrease the contents of MDA in gastric tissue. Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction can increase the contents of 6-keto-PGF1αin gastric tissue due to water immersion.Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction can decrease the contents of motili,gastrin in serum,and can increase the contents of 6-keto-PGFlαin gastric tissue due to Indocin methods. Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction can increase IL-2,thymus index,increase the contents of SOD and decrease the contents of MDA.This study provides experimental evidences for preventing and treating peptic ulcer clinically of Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction,verifies the effect of the treatment of activating blood circulation to promote and tonify qi in preventing and treating peptic ulcer,and possesses certain reference value for directing the application of drugs to preventing and treating peptic ulcer and developing new drugs.
