The Effect Of Yu's Scalp Acupuncture On The Risk Factor Fibrinogen Of Stroke

Objective:To observe the Yu's scalp acupuncture to risk factors for stroke,the effect of fibrinogen,fibrinogen intervention to explore the incidence of stroke,the impact of the stroke so as to provide a simple and effective prevention method.Methods:34 cases with hyperfibrinogenemia the study,by used of random search form entirely randomly assigned to two groups:diet plus scalp acupuncture group(referred to as scalp acupuncture group) and 17 cases of group dietary guidance alone(the control group) 17 patients before treatment,after treatment and 1 month after cessation of treatment, the blood tests were mining school fibrinogen,fibrinogen observed changes.Results:①The before and after treatment,acupuncture group compared with the group significant difference(P＜0.01),while the control group before and after the treatment group compared with no significant difference(P＞0.05).In the two groups before treatment comparable fibrinogen under the premise of treatment between the two groups with significant (P＜0.01),acupuncture group significantly reduced fibrinogen that's scalp to reduce the fibrinogen.After cessation of acupuncture in a longer study on blood testing,acupuncture group compared with the treatment,no significant difference(P＞0.05),compared with pre-treatment with a significant difference(P＜0.01);the control group with pre-treatment, after treatment there was no significant difference in comparison(P＞0.05).In the twogroups before treatment comparable fibrinogen premise,to stop within 1 month after treatment between the two groups with significant(P＜0.01).Help in lowering fibrinogen's scalp after a month there is no obvious change,which may play a stroke,the role of prevention of recurrence.②the impact on morbidity:in the 6 months after treatment for follow-up,the incidence of the two groups no significant difference(P＞0.05),show that the scalp's intervention in stroke risk factors fibrinogen within 6 months of stroke no significant effect on incidence.Conclusion:①Yu's scalp acupuncture can reduce the blood's fibrinogen.②Yu's scalp acupuncture to reduce fibrinogen in blood after an acupuncture month later,the blood will not increase fibrinogen.③Yu's scalp acupuncture to a certain extent in stroke play the role of primary prevention of disease,it is worth further study its role in the prevention of stroke.
