The Clinic Study On Acne Vulgaris (the Type Of Feijing Fengere) Treated By Yu Rong Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yu Rong decoction in the treatment on acne vulgaris (the type of FeiJing FengRe)Metheods: 75 acne vulgaris (the type of FeiJing FengRe) patients were divided into two groups at random, treating group (38 cases) and control group (37 cases). The two groups were given Yu Rong decoction and TSN Capsule respectively. Both of the groups were given external Huangjin Powder together. Observe the synthetical clinical effect,the lesions effect and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome before and after treatment in treating and control groups.Results: The total effective ratio respectively was 94.74%, 78.38% in two groups in integrated efficacy.There was significant difference shown between the treatment group and the control group in the rates of lesions effect and the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome (P<0.05).Conclusion: Yu Rong decoction could significantly eliminate the symptoms of acne, and the curative effect was superior to TSN capsule, also there were not any obvious side effects. It improved that Yu Rong decoction is a safe and effective medicine treating acne vulgaris. It provided the basis of clinical treatment for acne vulgaris by Traditional Chinese Medicine, and it deserves the further development and use.
