Clinical Study On Wu Gong Tuo Du Wan In Treating Acne Vulgaris (the Type Of Re Du Yun Jie)

Acne vulgaris is a dermatosis marked by chronic inflammation of the hair follicle and sebaceous glands. People,who are in adolesce-ntee,have this disease frequentlylt occurs frequently and repeatedly. Sometimes it can spoil Patients'face by leaving speckles and scars. And this occurrence can disturb the balance of patients'body and mind.It is reported by modern medicine that acne vulgris is caused by many factors.It is related with the excess of androgen,the perkerato-sis of follicular orifice,the infection of bacterium and so on.Now dermatologists mainly use medicament of anti-androgen, antibiotics,Vitamin A acid to cure acne vulgris.These medicine have some curative effects..But they can also lead to terrible side effect, such as damage of liver,monstrosity,slowness of bone-making,dys-function of endocrine, bad efforts to sex-activity The Chinese herb has the advantages in the treatment of the aene.So it is the focus for dermatologists'study to find out Chinese traditional medicine which is safe and effective to treatment acne.Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wu Gong Tuo Du Wan in the treatment on acne vulgaris(the type of Re Du Yun Jie).Metheods:76 aene vulgaris(the type of Re Du Yun Jie) patients were divided into groups at random,treating group (30 cases) and control group (29cases).The two groups were given Wu Gong Tuo Du Wan and TSN Capsule respectively.Observe the clinical effect before and after treatment in treating and control groups.Results:The total effective ratio respectively was 90%,68.96% in two groups in integrated efficacy. There was significant difference shown between the treatment group and the control group.The skin lesion effective ratio respectively was 90%,78.96% in two groups in integrated efficacy. There was significant difference shown between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion:Wu Gong Tuo Du Wan could significantly eliminate the symptoms of aene,and the curative effect was superior to TSN capsule,also there were not any obvious side effects.It improved that Wu Gong Tuo Du Wan is an effective medicine treating acne vulgaris.
