Clinical Effect Of "Yangxuerunfufang" In The Treatment Of Chronical Blood Vacuity Wind-Dryress Pruritus

Objective:Pruritus is clinically common disease,frequently-occurring disease.Disease pathogenesis complex,the course of lingering, serious effect lives,western medicine therapy usually give oral antihistamines,hormone drugs,but often sleepiness and external skin capillaries,side-effects such as expansion atrophy.Chinese medicine has effect on treatment,the advantages of small side effects.In this research, "yangxuerunfufang" for blood deficiency wind dryness moistening skin urticant syndrome type for clinical research,verify the validity of embellish skin nourishing blood.Method:60 patients with dry skin itching of the blood deficiency syndrome patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases were treated oral "yangxue runfufang",topical compound snake skin grease ointment。In 30 cases in oral,buss,topical compound snake fat ointment,Both groups 7 days for a period of 3 after treatment,and patients improved itchiness and lesions.Result:The total effective rate in treatment group than in control group,two groups effect was significant difference(P＜0.05).Two groups of treatment after the symptom scores more before treatment were obviously decreased,group compared with significant difference(P＜0.05).But the first seven days after treatment and scratches,itchy skin degree of moss and curative effect and improve control index is(P＞0.05),21 days after treatment and scratches and itching of moss lesions and improve degree index is superior in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:"Yangxuerunfufang" with embellish of treatment in accordance with buss type dry skin itching hemopenia wind it has good effect,but the former is better than the latter.
