Clinical Observation Of Wushe Rongpi Decoction On Hemodialysis Patients With Pruritus Of Blood Deficiency,Wind Dryness And Blood Stasis

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Wushe Rongpi Decoction on patients with uremic pruritus and its effect on inflammatory factors and Changes of skin itching,VAS score,5-D pruritus score,IL-6,hs-CRP and other laboratory indicators were evaluated before and after treatment with Wushe Rongpi Decoction.And explore the possible mechanism of Wushe Rongpi Decoction.Methods70 patients were enrolled from the hemodialysis center of People's Hospital affiliated to Fujian university of TCM from January 2018 to January 2019 with regular hemodialysis and skin itching,and the TCM sympton classification was blood deficiency,wind dryness and blood stasis.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by digital random table method.All patients were given regular hemodialysis and conventional therapy(control of blood glucose,blood pressure,etc.).Addition to the basic treatment,the control group received oral loratadine,and the observation group received Wujirongpi Decoction for 2 months.VAS score,5-d pruritus scale,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,serum calcium,serum phosphorus,parathyroid hormone(PTH),serum 2 microglobulin,hs-CRP,and interleukin-6(IL-6)were observed and recorded before and after treatment in each group to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.According to the principle of statistics,data were input into SPSS20.0,and SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for analysis,so as to compare the effectiveness of wushengrong skin decoction and preliminarily analyze the relevant influencing factors.Results1?Before treatment,the general data(sex,age,hemodialysis course,primary disease),VAS score,5-D pruritus score,TCM symptom score,various itch media levels and laboratory indicators were not statistical significance(P>0.05)in the two groups and comparable.2?The serum phosphorus,PTH and blood ?2 microglobulin levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the serum calcium level was higher than that before treatment.The observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3?Serum hs-CRP and IL-6 levels in both groups were lower after treatment than before,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).4?After treatment,the VAS score and 5-D pruritus scores of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5?After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1?Wushe Rongpi Decoction combined with Western medicine can effectively improve the itching symptoms of blood-deficiency and dryness-type hemodialysis patients,reduce the VAS and 5-D pruritus scores,and improve the quality of life of patients.2?Wushe Rongpi Decoction combined with Western medicine can reduce the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,blood phosphorus,blood ?2-MG and PTH in patients with uremia and pruritus.The curative effect is better than that of western medicine.3?NO adverse effect were found in both groups during the treatment.
