| Intent:Evaluate the clinical treatment efficacy and safety of Xianling Gubao in primary osteoporosis,to find a safe,convenient and effective way for the treatment of osteoporosis.Methods:Choice 60 patients of primary osteoporosis which according to diagnostic criteria,divided them into two groups which treatment group for 30 patients,and control group for 30 patients.there is no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,disease,related factors and functional classification(P＞0.05),they are comparable.give the patients of treatment group Xianling Gubao 3tabels orally twice per day. give the patients of control group compound amino acid chelated calcium capsule twice per day.a course of treatment is one month,evaluated the efficacy after three months.Results:There is a a clear effect in both the two groups of drugs for osteoporosis,All aspects of data of treatment group which is given Xianling Gubao in treatment primary osteoporosis are better than control group which is given amino acid chelated calcium capsule.Conclusion:clinical treatment efficacy of Xianling Gubao in primary osteoporosis is definite,Can significantly reduce symptoms of bone pain in osteoporosis patients,also can improvement a series of TCM Syndrome caused by osteoporosis marketable,the consequent of it is marketable than amino acid chelated calcium capsule,compared with amino acid chelated calcium capsule,Xianling Gubao capsule in patients with osteoporosis to increase bone mineral density was no significant difference.and the treatment is more safer, convenienter and lower incidence of adverse reactions,it is worthy to promote and applicate in clinical.
