The Theoretical Research Of Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Evidence-Based Nursing Of Stroke

Our project highlights the Chinese characteristics nursing,and try to establish evidence-based integrated traditional Chinese and western nursing of stroke patients system which is systematic,scientific and advanced "evidence-based medicine" and "evidence-based nursing" are guideline and basis of this research.We always insist on the concept of "people-oriented" care in practice,that is learning advanced nursing theory and method from the west with critical thinking,at the same time,we predict the requirement of nursing health in Chinese future social medical security.We collect and summarize non-pharmacological nursing theory and methods for the prevention,rehabilitation and nursing of stroke patients from Chinese medicine,we try to seeking the corresponding point of Chinese medicine and western medicine in order to make two kinds of medicine achieve a coordinated mode,which can improve the nursing,rehabilitation and health education of stroke patient.The main research method is:we retrieval nursing issues about clinical investigation and study of 58 stroke patients of the first affiliated hospital of Jiamusi university.We search evidence-based support, improve evidence-based care system,and form advanced,scientific,practical, objective,evidence-based,integrated traditional Chinese nursing and western nursing of stroke patients.At the same time,in order to meet the development of modern nursing and the health needs of people,we provide a reliable basis for health education of clinical care by integrating theories and methods of rehabilitation,and improving health education system of stroke patients in the course of research.Anyway,our study and results not only provide the scientific basis for evidence-based nursing of stroke patients,improve the solving of clinical nursing problems by searching and application of evidence,but also provide evidence-based nursing theories and methods which is more scientific, reliable,advanced for clinical nursing and teaching,which promote the development of integrated traditional Chinese nursing and western nursing.
