Research Purpose:In this study,we comprehensively searched the literatures on TCM nursing related to diabetic peripheral neuropathy published at home and abroad, and combined with the GRADE evidence grading system to evaluate the quality of evidence for 9 TCM nursing techniques. With a view to providing scientific reference for clinical nursing practitioners and decision makers,so as to provide more effective and safe nursing services for patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,so that the nursing methods for diabetic peripheral neuropathy can be proven, and the implementation of various nursing operations According to the evidence..Research Methods:Using systematic evaluation of evidence-based medicine as a research method, through the establishment of research questions, the formulation of discharge criteria and literature retrieval strategies, four Chinese databases, such as CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and CBM,and three foreign language databases such as Pub Med,Web of Science,Embase are used for document retrieval.Comprehensive evaluation of the clinical effects of various TCM nursing techniques in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by updating and producing systematic reviews and re-evaluating the systematic reviews, and combining the GRADE system to classify the body of evidence.Research Results:A total of 6 systematic reviews were produced in this study, among which moxibustion, iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine, transcutaneous electrical stimulation of points, and auricular acupoint pressing were all made for the first time.Auricular acupressure is only descriptive and does not produce body evidence. The above was updated, and the Chinese medicine foot bath, acupoint injection and acupoint massage were systematically evaluated and re-evaluated.In the end,8 nursing techniques other than auricular acupoint pressing produced a total of 73 outcome indicators,of which 52 outcome indicators were statistically significant. The GRADE grading system was used to classify the quality of 52 outcome indicators of 8nursing techniques.Only 6 outcome indicators of 5 nursing techniques were of intermediate quality, and others were of low or very low quality grades.Research Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine foot bath, acupoint massage, moxibustion, and transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation have a significant effect on improving the overall clinical effectiveness, and the level of evidence is intermediate;Chinese medicine foot bath and acupoint injection have a good effect on improving the efficacy of MNCV,and the level of evidence is intermediate;Therapy, percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation,Chinese medicine acupoint application, and moxibustion are not very effective in improving the efficacy of SNCV,and the level of evidence is low or very low;moxibustion, wax therapy,Chinese medicine acupoint application, and percutaneous acupoint electrical The effect of stimulation to reduce TCSS score is general, the level of evidence is low or very low;the application of Chinese medicine acupoint application and wax therapy are generally effective in improving the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, and the level of evidence is low;the effects of 8 nursing techniques on improving fasting blood glucose are general.
