The Clinical Research Of The Chronic Pharyngitis Of Type Of Lung-dryness Due To Deficiency Of YIN With The Treatment Of The Nourishing Yin Relieving Sore-throat And Adjusting Blood Recipe

Objective: This study was a large number of clinical practice and literature studies, establishing the main treatment method of the nourishing yin and moisturizing dryness-syndrome, detoxication and relieving sore-throat, promoting and supporting blood circulation, to treat the chronic pharyngitis of type of lung-dryness due to deficiency of YIN. Through the observation of Chinese medicine by different methods of treatment to the chronic pharyngitis of type of lung-dryness due to deficiency of YIN, before and after treatment of their symptoms, signs of improvement in the situation to further explore the Chinese medicine treatment of chronic pharyngitis theoretical content and clinical treatment of the disease more effectively.Methods: Selecting 60 patients of the chronic pharyngitis of type of lung-dryness due to deficiency of YIN , using the methods of randomization, patients were divided into two groups: the treatment group and control group. Statistical analysis shows that two groups of patients with age, sex, illness, disease, the clinical symptoms and signs of the distribution of points before treatment no statistically significant difference, comparable. Two groups of patients before and after the clinical symptoms and signs of improvement recorded separately, using statistical software SPSS13.0 statistical analysis, there is so descriptive statistics, the measurement data using t test, the count data withχ2 test, the level of data analysis by Ridit . Results: The improvement in clinical symptoms and signs of the total effect on the points better than the control group, the improvement in symptoms and signs (with the exception of dry cough) effect on the points are better than the control group. Conclusion: The results showed that: the clinical cure rate of 6.67 percent in the treatment group and clinical cure rate of 3.33 percent in the control group, the cure rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than control group. In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 86.67%. In the control group, the total effective rate was 73.33 percent. The group's total effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than control group. After treatment, patients with sore, Yan Gan, pharyngeal itching, foreign body sensation, pharyngeal mucosa congestion and edema, the proliferation of lymphoid follicles and the secretion of improving the efficacy better than the control group. Age, sex and treatment efficacy was no significant relationship. Illness, disease factors and treatment effect was significan relationship. Two groups of patients were more light, the shorter the duration, the better effect.
