| Objective: From the clinical point of view GubenJiangzhuo Decoction for the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure efficacy, and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 60 cases will be included in the spleen and kidney qi deficiency, wet muddy Stagnation of chronic renal failure patients were randomly divided into two groups, GubenJiangzhuo Decoction therapy group 30 cases and Niaoduqing particles control group 30 cases. Both the two groups were treated with western medicine,a month for a course of treatment, taking two consecutive treatment. To observe its efficacy and its impact on renal function in patients with plasma total protein and albumin, blood, plasma endothelin, carbon dioxide combining power, 24-hour urinary protein quantitative indicators such as the impact and adverse reactions.Results: GubenJiangzhuo Decoction can effectively improve Chinese medicine card of the patient(P<0.05), improve renal function (P<0.05), improve the carbon dioxide cohesion level (P<0.05), significantly lower levels of plasma endothelin (P<0.05);reduce the albumen ration of the 24-hour urine (P<0.05), raise the plasma albumin (P<0.05); The total efficiency is 86.67% which is superior to the control group which is 70.00%(P<0.05). No significant side effects.Conclusion: GubenJiangzhuo Decoction to improve the symptoms, the protection of remnant nephron, improve body immunity, so that patients with improved quality of life, delaying the time to enter the replacement therapy. the decoction is a safe and effective prescription to treat CRF.
