| Objective:Of Danshen injection,Acanthopanax senticosus injection in treating acute cerebral stroke in line with the traditional Chinese medicine blood stasis disease resistance network card related indicators and comparative observation of the clinical study of Danshen injection in treating acute cerebral infarction(stroke - blood stasis) whether the clinical efficacy superior to Ciwujia Injection and its safety and side effects,as well as traditional Chinese medicine differentiation intravenous drug whether or not to choose drugs for clinical treatment of acute cerebral infarction intravenous drug medicine provide the basis for drug selection.Methods:60 cases of acute cerebral infarction(stroke - blood stasis syndrome) patients,all out-patient department of neurology in our hospital and patients,randomized,parallel into Danshen injection group(hereinafter referred to as SM group) and Acanthopanax senticosus injection group(hereinafter referred to Ciwujia group), 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given the treatment of cerebrovascular disease basis of the tomb,the use of Salvia Danshen injection group(Qingchunbao Zhengda Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd., batch number Z33020177),30ml by adding 0.9%sodium chloride injection 250ml of intravenous drip,once a day medication for 14 days.Group on the use of Acanthopanax senticosus injection (Heilongjiang Wandashan Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,batch number Z23020808) 250ml intravenous drip,once a day medication for 14 days. Observation of the two groups were compared.At the same time,two groups of patients in accordance with the Standing Orders to deal with illness,including the adjustment of blood pressure,blood sugar,anti-infection and lower intracranial pressure,when necessary,treatment,drug tests are not similar to the role of non-use of traditional Chinese medicine and nutritionmetabolism of drugs or cerebral protective agent,the brain metabolic activation agent.Indicators and methods of observation:On the 1st day of the experiment,the first recorded observation of 14 days clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome,neurological deficit scores,blood rheology and so on,and in the light of the above-mentioned reference indicators quantitative assessment grading criteria,while observing blood,urine,fecal conventional, liver and kidney function,blood prothrombin time,fecal occult blood examination,electrocardiogram,such as head CT or MRI,and will fill in all the observations in the form of clinical observation.Statistical analysis:Measurement data using t tests,the use of count data x~2,test Ridit level data analysis used.Results:1.Clinical AnalysisDanshen group was more efficient than Ciwujia groups,statistical analysis the difference was significant.2.The impact of disease on the Chinese medicineDanshen group and TCM group Ciwujia symptom score were significantly different.Prompt treatment group to compare the two groups of Chinese medicine can improve symptoms in order to Danshen group.3.The degree of neurological deficit comparative efficacyDanshen group before and after treatment the degree of neurological deficit were significantly different effect;Ciwujia group neurological deficit scores were significantly different, inter-group effects neurological deficits were significantly different.Prompted the two drugs can be significantly improved neurological deficit to Danshen group.4.On hemorheologyBetween two groups of patients before treatment hemorrheology situation was no significant difference;before and after treatment compared with SM group low shear whole blood viscosity,high shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,APTT significantly different from group Ciwujia before and after treatment;treatment group compared with group Ciwujia,Danshen group improves significantly more.5.Security AnalysisThe two groups before and after treatment,such as liver and kidney function,blood-related and EKG indicators had no significant difference(P＞0.05),prompted the program of the liver and kidney function and blood as such had no significant effect.There is no case of death of the two groups.Conclusion:Danshen injection,Acanthopanax senticosus injection in treating acute cerebral infarction(stroke - blood stasis) in the process of significantly improving its clinical efficacy,neurological deficit scores,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,blood rheology and so on,to shorten the course of treatment,patients the quality of life,treatment effective and safe.but more effective than injection of Danshen Injection Ciwujia on TCM differentiation of intravenous drug use is to choose drugs.However, only 60 cases of patients required further clinical observation. |
