Clinical Research Shuxuetong Injection In Treating Acute Diabetic Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shuxuetong Injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction of diabetes,compared with group which just only use usual medicine.And provide scientific basis for Shuxuetong Injection in clinic.Method:60case patients with acute cerebral infarction of diabetes who came from ward in HuBei province hospital of TCM.They divided into two groups randomly:treatment group(shuxuetong Injection)30 case,comparison group 30 case.Two groups were regularly given with treatments of integrated stroke unit and diabetes.All patients were demanded to examine the liver and kidney function,blood coagulation,Blood Stream Parameter,and record the NIHSS,ADL,TCM symptoms before they accepted treatment and after three weeks.Statistics:The data measuring adopt the T checkout,the counting data adopt X₂ to check,the grade data adopt Ridit analysis.Results:1.The total effective rates of clinical therapeutic care are high in treatment group and contrast group.There was significiant difference between the two groups and the treatment group was better than the contrast one.2.The TCM symptoms had distinctly improved after treatment in the two groups.There was distinctive difference between groups(p＜0.05).3.The groups had greatly changed after treatment in the accumulative mark of NIHSS.There was distinctive difference between groups(p＜0.05).4.The accumulative mark of ADL had distinctly improved after treatment in the two groups.There was distinctive difference between groups(p＜0.05).5.There was no significiant difference between the two groups in blood glucose before treating.After treatment blood glucose had been reduced.6.Safety Analysis:The injections had not influenced the liver and kidney function.There was no one death during the treatment between two groups.Conclusion:Shuxuetong injection can distinctly changed in the accumulation mark of NIHSS and ADL,TCM symptoms during the treatment.At same time,it can improve the living quality and reduce the period of treatment which was proved an effective injection in the treatment on the cerebral infarction of diabetes.
