Luteolin is the distribution of content to spend＞stem＞whole plant＞leaves. HPLC method used in this article also established Xiangju Shennong map the characteristics of the various organs.Systematic and methodological adaptation study,using HPLC method established in all parts of Shennong Xiangju map with the characteristics of systematic,comprehensive and characteristic features.The results show that:the method can effectively identify Xiangju Shennong,a comprehensive assessment of the overall Dendranthema indicum and control the quality of medicines.
