Effects On The Blood Pressure Of Rats Of Hypertension By Meicha Sustained-release Tablets And A Research On Its Mechanism

ObjectiveThis research through observing the effects on the content of AngⅡin blood pressure,plasma,and cardiac muscle of rat of hypertension by Meicha Sustained-release Tablets of different dosages,and its protection to the target organs such as heart,then to investigate the possible mechanism initially.ApproachWistar rat will be made after randomized model group,high dosage Meicha Sustained-release Tablets group(0.18 g/kg),in the moderate dosage Meicha Sustained-release Tablets group(0.09 g/kg),low dosage Meicha Sustained-release Tablets group(0.045 g/kg) and compound apocynum pieceⅠgroup(0.05 g/kg),each group of 10,another false occurred only 6.①tail arteries using the method for determination of fluctuation,the 4 weeks,drug for four weeks and dosing 7 weeks of each rat blood pressure value,②radioimmunoassay measured drug 7 weeks each rat in the plasma and the myocardial tissue of renin activity(PRA),angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ) content,③heart/weight ratio measurement.Results①In the high dosage Meicha Sustained-release Tablets group,the blood pressure of rats was obviously improved after 7W medicine were used,and the blood pressure got a notable decrease(P＜0.05).②Compared with the model group,all the high,moderate,and low dosage Meicha Sustained-release Tablets groups can remarkably lower the content of AngⅡin plasma and cardiac muscle of rats of hypertension,while there is no notable difference of rennin level in plasma and cardiac muscle.③Each medicine rats heart/weight ratio and model group compared to have the varying degree of mold,high dosage Meicha Sustained-release Tablets and moderate group can make hypertensive rats was significantly lower than heart/weight,especially the high dosage Meicha Sustained-release Tablets group with model group is extremely significant difference(P＜0.001), but low dose group and compound apocynum pieceⅠgroup and model group non-significance difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion①Meicha Sustained-release Tablets can obviously reduce the systolic hypertension in rats.②Meicha Sustained-release Tablets can reduce hypertension in rats in the plasma and the myocardial tissue AngⅡcontent,tip the hypotensive effect mechanism mainly through the RAAS make rats blood pressure lowering.③Meicha Sustained-release Tablets with increased doses can reduce the ratios of the heart and the body,and it has the ability to deteriorate the damage in the target organ of rats of hypertension.
