Objective:To explore the factors for influencing Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy and understand the characteristics of different classification of diseases.Method:A case-control study design was used.330 cases of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension were selected from patients who sought treatment in Fujian Province Maternal and Child Health Hospital during the period 2007-2008. According to the disease level, these patients were divided into gestational hypertension, mild pre-eclampsia,severe pre-eclampsia.At the same time,296 maternal normal pregnancies were selected as case controls. Each case or control were interviewed for completing a questionnaire, access to medical information, and collecting a blood sample for biochemical detection.SPSS13.0 was used for data entry and statistical analysis. Results:Binary logistic regression analysis showed that maternal age= 20 years old or = 35 years old,the junior high school education, mothers with high blood pressure, twins, the basic systolic blood pressure=120 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure = 70mmHg,not to taking folic acid during early pregnancy and not to taking fish daily were HDCP risk factors;multiple logistic regression analysis showed that age, education background,,time to do housework daily, basic systolic blood pressure, basic diastolic blood pressure and twins were the main risk factors for pregnancy hypertension, mild pre-eclampsia and severe pre-eclampsia.Above these,Mother with high blood pressure and not to taking folic acid during early pregnancy were risks factors for mild pre-eclampsia.The history of pregnancy-induced hypertension and body mass index>24 were distinctive features for incidence of severe pre-eclampsia.Furthermore,there were significant increases in URIC,TG,and LDH levels as well as the high incidence of premature and low birth weight in the severe pre-eclampsia patients. Conclusion:Age,education level, daily time to do housework, mother with high blood pressure, basic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure foundation, twins, body mass index>24,and history of pregnancy-induced hypertension were the main factors for pregnancy-induced hypertension.;URIC,TG,and LDH levels increased significantly in patients with severe pre-eclampsia,which could be used as one of the indicators for assessment of the severity of the disease; The probability of high incidence of premature and low birth weight was increased markedly in patients with severe pre-eclampsia.
