Objective:Analyzing the vitamin A content in the third trimester of pregrancy and before deliver, finding out the relationship between vitamin A content and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and pregnancy outcome,in order to providing the scientific basis for guiding pregrancy nurtrion?getting rid of complications and adverse pregrancy outcome. Methods:Collecting the serum sample of the women who examined and delivered in the Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian Unversity between 2016.4 and 2016.8,detecting the women's vitamin A content in the third trimester of pregrancy and before delivering by the high performance liquid chromatography.Collecting the pregnant women's data who were diagnosed hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and have no complications, analyzing and discussing the relationship between vitamin A content and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and pregnancy outcome with the SPSS 22.0.Results:There were 1023 women who had examined and delivered in the Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian Unversity between 2016.4 and 2016.8,including 45 women were diagnosed hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,finally,202 women's data was collected after removing the ones' who had complications and measured up to excluding standards, including 162 normal preganat women,18 women were diagnosed the gestational hypertention,12 women were diagnosed the mild preeclampsia,10 women were diagnosed the severe preeclampsia. The results shows that the vitamin A content of the women who were diagnosed the hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were 0.2850±0.1368 1mg/L?0.2695±0.16852mg/L,which were lower than the normal pregant women(0.5029±0.14257mg/L?0.4016±0.16705mg/L),the difference were statisticlly significant(P=0.00).The 202 women were divided into four groups:the normal pregant?the mild preeclampsia?the severe preeclampsia?the eclampsia, and the content were 0.4016±0.16705mg/L?0.3706±0.17877mg/L?0.2517±0.10373mg/L?0.1130±0.01059mg/L.We found that there were differences between the normal pregnant group and the mild preeclampsia group(P>0.05),and there were statisticlly significnat differences in the rest groups by tournament method(P>0.05).On the other hand,we found that the incidence of some kinds of delivery outcome rising with the downtrend of vitamin A,and the significant differences exist in premature labor?cesarean section?infant of low-birth weight?postpartum hemorrhage, but not in fetal sidtress?1'Apgar?7.Conclusion:1.Lacking of vitamin A is widely found in pregnancy women, which shows the downtrend and is more obvious in the group of HDCP.2.The vitamin A may have obvious correlation with the hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, and it may be one of the causes of diseases.3.Vitamin A content may have obvious correlation with some kinds of adverse pregnancy consequences like premature labor?hysterotomy?infant of low-birth weight?postpartum hemorrhage, but not like intrauterine distress?1'Apgar?7 and so on.
