Objective:Cryptogenic youth to explore the clinical features of cerebral infarction. In order to improve young cryptogenic cerebral infarction and provide a theoretical basis for prevention and control measures.Materials and Methods:Collected in January 2003 to December 2008,in-patient treatment in our hospital, the first incidence, the age of 18-45 years old,Diagnosed with cerebral infarction at the time could not be identified under the conditions of its causes, and no high blood pressure, diabetes, high blood lipids, overweight, obesity, heart disease, congenital heart of B-exclude patent ductus arteriosus,no smoking, drinking, etc.bad habits. No family history of stroke, such as stroke may be incentives for young patients with cryptogenic cerebral infarction 30 cases of clinical data, retrospectively analyzed the incidence of age, onset means the first symptoms, infarct location, treatment results and prognosis of the clinical features. Results:Collection of Guangxi Medical University hospital over the past five cases of acute cerebral infarction of the young people to observe the standards in line with the 30 cases included in the clinical characteristics of patients, age 16 to 40 years old,the average age of 32.3±2 years old,20 cases were male(66.7%),10 cases of women(33.3%), 2:1 ratio of men to women;of which 18~18 cases of patients with 35-year-old,7 males and 11 females,M:F=1:1.5;35~40-year-old patients with 12 cases,M 11 cases,1 female,M:F=11:1.Onset of static (rest or sleep) in 28 cases(93%).To headache, awareness of the main obstacles for the onset of clinical manifestations in 18 cases(60%), manifested as unilateral upper limb or lower limb weakness, sensory disturbance or partial body, walking instability in 6 cases(20%), progressive cerebral infarction 1 cases(3.3%);large area cerebral infarction and 19 cases of multiple cerebral infarction combined(63.3%), followed by seven cases of basal ganglia(23.3%),lobar single one cases (3.3%),1 cases of brain stem(3.3%),cerebellum in 1 case(3.3%).After the eight cases of cerebral hemorrhage(26.7%).Cured,4 cases(13.4%); improvement in 23 cases(76.7%),non-recurrent cases.Three cases with pulmonary infection(10%),urinary tract infection in 1 case(3.3%),one cases of renal dysfunction(3.3%),2 cases of deep venous thrombosis (6.6%),other system complications rate was 100%.Conclusion:Information prompted the group of young cryptogenic incidence of cerebral infarction after the age of 35 more men, incidence of sudden onset mainly static;headache, disturbance of consciousness for the common first symptom, the progress of ischemic stroke less;infarction often involved midline structure, usually a large area of multiple cerebral infarction and cerebral infarction;cerebral hemorrhage secondary higher proportion occurred;treatment and better prognosis, low recurrence rate. Fewer complications,a high cure rate of complications.
