With the continuous increase of under-graduates'quantity and the reform of the health care system, whether the nurse has the quality adapted to the request of development, relates directly to the further reform of our health care system. It is a great task for the ordinary nursing education of university,the curriculum of which cultivate talented nurses. To cultivate qualified and talented nurses, must be realized by curriculum, which provides the approach of achieving the goal of talents'cultivation. The provision of the nursing curriculum content relates directly to the enhancement of nursing level and the success or failure of the reform of health care system. Therefore, the discussion of nursing education curriculum reform not on1y reflects the demand of society, but also help promote the whole reform of the health care system.Qualitative and quantitative research methods are adopted while combining questionnaire method, interview study, literature analysis and comparative research method.49 seniors and 17 teachers coming from the department of nursing education in Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine take part in the questionnaire. 15 persons are interviewed, including teachers and professors in the department of nursing education.The research findings show that although the practical curriculum and humanities and social science curriculum have been paid attention, there are some deficiencies in the curriculum arrangement in Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, such as the out-dated curriculum pattern, the extreme repeatability of curriculum content, the deficiency of humanities education especially in clinic nursing, the shortage of trait about traditional Chinese medicine, the insufficiency of practical and professional curriculum, the mal-adaption of the reform of health care system. Under the circumstances, the research analyses the disadvantages and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and relevant suggestions of courses arrangement of under-graduate nursing education program from the perspectives of Global Minimum Essential Requirements in Medical Education(GMER), the demand of society and country's development and the requirement of knowledge-related nursing.
