| Research background:Cancer pain is one of the most common and unbearable symptoms of malignant tumor.Cancer pain from the psychological,physical, mental and social damage in patients with various aspects of quality of life. Therefore the treatment of pain and other symptoms is the main cancer treatment. WHO has been an effective treatment of cancer pain as a cancer focus on integrated planning in one of the four.Despite this three-step analgesic pain internationally recognized method of treatment,but have not yet done so that all of the pain control have been ideal.The opioid analgesic drugs is the most important part of the adverse reactions of drugs,drug addiction,the patient tolerance of pain medication is still important issues that need to be addressed.After years of research and practice of Chinese medicine in treatment of cancer pain has been recognized.External TCM is an important component of Chinese medicine.Comparison of western medicine,Chinese medicine External analgesic edge effect is more reliable,more safety,less toxicity,no addiction and no withdrawal.Therefore it is widely used clinically.Research purpose and meaning:The subject will be adopted in clinical pain patients on analgesic effect of acupoint catgut embedding observation to sum up the experience.Catgut Implantation pain only for a clinical practice to provide data,as well as the advantage of a variety of pain points in the choice of embedding,etc.,for clinical applications based on credible.Catgut Implantation may be an effective means of controlling pain.Research methods:Use forward-looking approach to the randomized controlled clinical study,establish diagnostic criteria for sample inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria and standards for the suspension of clinical trials.Observation of 60 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly assigned to treatment group 30 cases,30 cases of the control group, control group patients to painkillers,moderate pain(4-6 points): sustained-release tablet of tramadol(100mg/tablet),a 1 film,Q12H,even for 10 days served;severe pain(7-10 points):morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets(30mg/tablet),a 1,Q12H,even for 10 days served; treatment group based on the above,secondary to the points embedding embedding a course only a pain,a course for five days(five days a stimulating sustainable),two courses for a total of 10 days.Records of each course of treatment of pain before and after treatment to observe the daily life of self-care ability and ADL score scale,and statistics.Research results:The total effective rate was 96.7%,control group,the total effective rate was 90.0%.There are always two groups Efficiency by the X2 test,P＞0.05,there was no significant difference;the efficiency of the treatment group was 63.3%,the efficiency of the control group was 30.0%, compared the efficiency of the two groups significantly,the X2 test,P＜0.05, statistically significant difference;that the two groups to improve the efficacy of pain there was no significant difference between the rate,while the rate for a significant difference in the effect of statistical significance.Treatment group,control group comparison of quality of life before and after treatment by t test,P,respectively,＜0.01,statistically significant differences on the treatment group and control group patients were significantly improved quality of life.Note the two groups of patients with pain improvement in patients after the two groups have a positive impact on quality of life.Before and after the points of difference between the two groups by t test,P＜0.05,two treatments that improve the quality of life of patients with a difference.This shows that the two groups to improve the treatment of pain in the difference between the treatment group of patients with improvements in the quality of daily life than the control group still improve.Research conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding therapy is an effective means of pain control,thus improving quality of life in patients,it can be used as clinical treatment of cancer pain treatment one of the means.
