Influencing Factors In Children With Spleen Deficiency Survey

ObjectiveLingnan region of the breast-feeding children and the eating habits of the investigation,to clarify the daily lives of children in pediatric nursing dietary deficiency of the importance of certification form for the application of fundamental research to guide clinical practice for clinical implementation of a reasonable diet nursing and provide a theoretical basis to reduce the Spleen deficiency in children the incidence of disease did not achieve the purpose of prevention first.MethodIn this study,the current situation for the cross-sectional survey using cluster random sampling method,the selection in March 2008~March 2009 Guangdong Provincial TCM Hospital 200 pediatric out-patient children with spleen deficiency in children as research subjects through the questionnaire method collection of preliminary information,data,the general situation of children,breast-feeding,the dietary habits sum up,through statistical analysis of the feeding patterns of a variety of non-performing children to form the impact of spleen deficiency.ResultThe basic situation:In this study,a total of 205 questionnaires issued, 200 were recovered,the survey response rate was 97.56 percent,after inspection and verification,a pass rate of 100%,of which 115 cases of male, female 85 cases.The youngest is 6 months,maximum is 81 months,the average age of 42.1 months.The general situation of children at birth:birth weight less than 2kg of six cases,accounting for 3%of the 20 cases of premature delivery, accounting for 10%,92 cases of caesarean section,accounting for 46%of the five cases of twins,or to 2.5%.Feeding patterns in children after birth,there are 156 cases of breast-feeding,accounting for 78%of artificial feeding after birth,44 cases, accounting for 22%,82%of children eat the colostrum,breast-feeding within 4 months of age 97 cases,accounting for 48%,weaning time in 5 to 8 months of the 140 cases,accounting for 70%.Food supplement in children,all children are being investigated to add complementary,food supplement was 100%,but the beginning of the month to add complementary differences can be largely aware of the parents of 4 ~ June gradually add vegetables,eggs and poultry categories,but add in the nutritional supplements,there are 5%of respondents did not have to add calcium,cod liver oil,33%were more than six months began to add.Children with eating habits,the survey showed that at night there are still breast-feeding after six months were 184 cases,accounting for 92%,of which there are 2 times more than 93 cases,accounting for 50%of 115 patients have to drink herbal tea and Qixing children the habit of tea,accounting for 57.5%,of which more than 2 times and has 24 cases,accounting for 21%of like to eat cold vegetables,fruits of 130 cases,accounting for 65%,there are eating habits 136 cases,accounting for 68%,the old drinking habits fire 171 cases,accounting for 85.5%,there are picky eaters,there is a particular kind of food habits of 112 cases,accounting for 56%.Children with allergic diseases and the use of antibiotic,there are 74 cases of allergic diseases in children,accounting for 37%of their parents have allergies there are 72 cases of the disease,accounting for 36%,has been accounted for 80%of kindergartens,day care in which the 8%,the regular use of antibiotics in the treatment of 111 cases,accounting for 55.5%.ConclusionInfluencing factors in children with spleen deficiency questionnaire mainly related to the children of the general situation at birth,breastfeeding and food supplement,the dietary habits,genetic family history and some other deficiency in children may affect the physical form factors,first of all, for the questionnaire validity and reliability testing,and survey the various issues related to analysis of the questionnaire in order to seek an accurate, concise,comprehensive,engaging in this area for future research provides the foundation.WHO recommends that breastfeeding should adhere to the age of two or more late,the survey showed that children with weaning time on the 5 to 8 months, partial early weaning time,food supplement,the basic can be on time in order to add complementary,but in nutritional supplements,some parents of the existence of errors,there is no time to add.Clinical Pediatrics in the future health care should be given the correct guidance.Frequency distribution to customize more than 55%of suspicious factors, the survey showed that the formation of spleen deficiency with diet,feeding at night and eat,being choosy food,usually cold food side and the regular use of antibiotics in case of sickness have a relevant connection.
