Antibiotics, Chinese Medicine Combined With Astragalus, Salvia Injection In Treating Acute Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, Clinical Analysis

Objective: the investigate about the analysis of clinical curative effect of antibioticand traditional Chinese medicine,danshen injection,huangqi injection treatment ofacute pelvic inflammation.Methods: we collection and arrangement of 67cases patients based on acute pelvicinflammation diagnostic criteria,The patient from gynecology of teaching hospital ofchengdu university of TCM. Therapy group 31 cases: second generation cefa-typeantibiotics or quinolone antibiotics; sini powder and simiao powder, danshen injectionand huangqi injection. Control group 36 cases: second generation cefa-type antibioticsor quinolone antibiotics; sini powder and simiao powder. The course of treatment was7 days. We statistic effectiveness after one course of treatment.Results:1,Comprehensive therapeutic effect: control group was inferior to therapy group, (P<0.05) ; Tcm symptomseffec: control group was inferior to therapy group, (P<0.05) ; Locally physical sign effect: therapy group having no significantdifference with control group (P>0.05).2,Experimental detection indexes: therapy group having no significant differencewith control group (P>0.05).Conclusion: Ttherapy group was batter at Comprehensive therapeutic effect andTcm symptoms effect.
