Research On The Distribution Of Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Factors And Syndrome Types Of Parkinson Disease

ObjectiveThe main purpose is to obtain the basic Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation factors and syndrome types of Parkinson disease(PD),explore the distribution of the syndrome differentiation factors,and provide basic data for the utilization of syndrome differentiation factors to dialectical analysis.MethodsBased on the research on the PD' s ancient and modern literatures,setting up the database about the PD' s ancient and modern literatures,to obtain the basic Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation factors and syndrome types.Design an information-collection table according to the research on literatures and clinical diagnosis and treatment.By investigating 100 PD patients through the table,construct PD syndromes information database.Based on the information database,explore the distribution of the syndrome differentiation factors and syndrome types.Using the statistical software spss13.0 database to setting up the database,and statistics by descriptive analysis,cluster analysis.ResultsOn the research of the PD' s ancient and modern literatures,it obtains the syndrome differentiation factors of PD as follow:etiologic mechanism fators: wind,phlegm,coldness,heat,qi stasis,blood stasis,yin deficiency,yang deficiency,qi deficiency,blood deficiency,fluid deficiency:pathologic position fators:liver,kidney,spleen,heart,lung,brain.Both the ancient and the modern literatures value the pathogenic role of wind,phlegm,heat,qi deficiency,blood deficiency,but the modern literatures also emphasize the role of yin deficiency and blood stasis.The view of both literatures about the pathologic position fators are the same.Both consider liver and spleen play an important role in the pathogenic process.On the research of the modern literatures,it obtains 55 syndrome types.After the standardization,36 syndrome types are left.Among them,there are 3 appeared above 10 times.Deficiency of qi and blood appeared 22 times,occupied 16.79%.Yin deficiency of liver and spleen appeared 16 times,occupied 12.21%.Phlegm and heat causing dynamic wind appeared 12 times,occupied 9.16%.Overall,there are various syndrome types of PD currently,and the distribution is scattered.According to the survey of 100 PD patients,wind and blood stasis work through the disease.And the role of Coldness,yang deficiency,in deficiency,qi deficiency,blood deficiency are more and more outstanding along with the progress of the disease,but the role of heat and qi stasis is less prominent.And the role of phlegm is prominent in the early phase and the last phase of the disease.Among the pathologic position fators,liver and kidney work through the disease,and the role of heart and spleen are more and more outstanding along with the progress of the disease.By clustering analysis,it obtains 4 syndrome types as follow:phlegm heat and blood stasis,qi-blood stasis and phlegm,yin deficiency of liver and kidney,yang deficiency of kidney and spleen,deficiency of yin and yang.In the early phase,phlegm heat and blood stasis,yin deficiency of liver and kidney,yang deficiency of kidney and spleen appeared more.In the middle phase,yang deficiency of kidney and spleen appeared most.In the last phase,all of yin deficiency of liver and kidney,yang deficiency of kidney and spleen,deficiency of yin and yang can appear.ConclusionThe PD patients have body weakness basis.In the early phase,it focuses on yin deficiency of liver and spleen,but sthenic syndrome plays more prominent role,such as wind,blood stasis,phlegm,qi stasis,heat,coldness.All of them are caused by weakness.Along with the progress of the disease,they can injury the body with the further development of disease.In the middle phase, on the basis of deficiency of kidney and liver,it involves heart and spleen, and deficiency of yang,qi,blood is more prominent.Because the further loss of yang,coldness emergent gradually.With the paleolimnologic specimens, in the late phase,weakness is more prominent,and intermingled with blood stasis,wind,coldness,phlegm.
