Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qing re huo xue tang as a treatment of coronary heart disease in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Compare the treatment group and control group changes in clinical symptom score, inflammatory factors CRP change, cardiac enzyme changes and mortality rate, readmission rate to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qingre Huoxue tang. Methods:The inclusion of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital in-patient departments of cardiovascular internal medicine and emergency room observation in line with the Traditional Chinese Medicine and heart disease diagnostic criteria for ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction or non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction in the age of the diagnostic criteria 18 - 75-year-old patients, including thrombolysis and PCI patients.60 cases of patients were enrolled, including 30 cases of treatment group,30 cases of the control group, treatment group use Qingre Huoxue tang one time a day,a total of 14 days of treatment, the control group to give Erchen Tang except ginger and Mume, one time a day,a total of 14 days of treatment, observation of the end of 14 days compared the two groups in symptom score, total leukocyte, neutrophil percentage,CRP, cardiac enzymes(AST,CK,CK-MB),myoglobin,troponin,liver and kidney function, electrolytes, heart rate, blood pressure and other indicators of change, the use of paired sample t test of the method of the difference between two sets of statistical comparisons, analysis of Qingre Huoxue clinical efficacy. Results:In this study,60 cases with coronary heart disease of myocardial infarction were enrolled, all cases are from the Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital in-patient departments of cardiovascular internal medicine and emergency room observation from 2006-2009 hospitalized patients, the treatment group and control group all 30 cases,of which 25 cases of men and the treatment group, female 5 cases, the average age of 63.5±10 years old,16 cases of hypertension,15 cases of diabetes, dyslipidemia in 20 cases,18 cases of smoking, obesity two cases, five cases of thrombolytic therapy,PCI 17 cases,14 cases of phlegm and blood stasis, three cases of Blood obstruct heat, two cases of deficiency of heart-QI, 10 cases of qi-stagnancy and blood stasis,1 cases of deficiency of YIN-blood; control group, male 25,female 5 cases, the average age of 60.0±11 years old,12 cases of hypertension,10 cases of diabetes, dyslipidemia in 11 cases, 16 cases of smoking, obesity in 3 cases,5 cases of thrombolytic therapy,PCI 6 cases,18 cases of phlegm and blood stasis, one cases of Blood obstruct heat, 1 cases of deficiency of heart-QI,8 cases of qi-stagnancy and blood stasis, 2 cases of deficiency of YIN-blood.Through statistical analysis, treatment group and control group in improvement of clinical symptoms are apparent clinical efficacy, but the treatment group in the symptoms of fever, heart palpitations, dizziness, dry mouth, bitter taste of mouth has apparent improvements than the control group,in treatment group The total number of WBC,CRP levels after treatment was significantly lower than the control group, P = 0.049,0.000;two groups of patients with percentage of neutrophils in the heart enzymes, myoglobin, troponin, etc.has no significant difference in improvement,But compared to before treatment were statistically significant differences between the two groups. The safety of patients with no differences in changes in heart rate and blood pressure also was no significant difference. Conclusion:compared Qingre Huoxue tang to Erchen Tang except Mume and ginger, both in clinical symptoms and the improvement of inflammatory factors in vivo were statistically significant but no differences in safety and heart rate, blood pressure.Generally speaking qing re huo xue tang is a safe, effective treatment for acute myocardial infarction in traditional Chinese medicine, it is worth for clinical use.
