This article has researched the regularity of diagnosis and therapy of acute myocardial infarction due to syndrome of Qi-deficiency, dark blood, the stasis of turbid-phlegm and blood in the vessels, based on my tutor's academic theory and my clinical experience.Theoretical research: Acute myocardial infarction is a critical care disease in internal medicine. The morbidity and mortality of acute myocardial infarction are both very high. The paper reviews the knowledge of acute myocardial infarction in modern medicine, including epidemiology, pathogenesis pathology therapy and the progress of investigation. Summarized the study of acute myocardial infarction in TCM, the paper considers Qi-deficiency, dark blood, the stasis of turbid-phlegm and blood in the vessels as the basic pathogenesis feature. And the basic therapeutic principle was mainly to supplement Qi , activate blood , liquefying the phlegm and removing obstruction in the collateral channels.Clinical research: Thirty AMI patients were randomly divided into therapeutic group (16cases) treated with integration of Chinese and western medicine and control group (14cases) treated with conventional therapy. Therapeutic group treated with thrombolytic therapy combined with Chinese herbal medicine made on the therapeutic principle. Control group treated with thrombolytic therapy .At the two week, there was significant difference in the rate of apparent efficiency and cardiac function in comparison between two groups (P<0.05). The clinical symptoms and physical signs are also improved markedly. The clinical study has proved that the recipe which is made on the therapeutic principle has the function of resisting reperfusion injury of AMI, reducing myocardial consumption of oxygen and myocardial enzyme, improving ventricular remodeling enhancing left ventricular stroke volume.
