Clinical Study On Hyperlipidemia Treated With Wenzhenjiu On The Points Of Jin's Three-Needle Technique

Hyperlipidemia is refered to a result of abnormal numerical value of lipid in plasma on account of the abnormal metabolism or transportation of the fat in human bodies.According to literature search,the therapy with acupuncture and moxibustion has a good effect on treating hyperlipidemia.Nevertheless the patients' compliance is not perfect enough because of the large selection of the points.So to find a relatively simple method about the acupuncture and moxibustion technique for the treatment of hyperlipidemia is very important.Purpose:To discuss the clinical effect,therapeutic mechanism, feasibility and demerit on curing hyperiipidemia of tanyuzuluo type with the method of Wenzhenjiu on the points of Jin's three-needle technique.Methods:In this observation,70 cases of hyperlipidemia of Tanyuzuluo type were randomly divided into three groups.They were treated respectively by Wenzhenjiu on the points of Jin's three-needle technique,traditional acupuncture way and simplexly food denying.The therapeutic effect in the three groups were assessed after three weeks later.The observational indexes were the total cholesterol(TC) and low-density lipoprotein(LDL) in blood and the clinical symptoms.The statistical analysis was done by the sofeware SPSS11.5 after the data was collected.Results:The effect of subdueing lipid and improving symptoms was the same between Wenzhenjiu on the points of Jin's three-needle technique group and traditional acupuncture way group.And the difference between the former two groups and the implexly food denying group is significant.Conclusion:It's effective to cure hyperlipidemia of tanyuzuluo type in acupuncture and moxibustion way.The way which Wenzhenjiu on the points of Jin's three-needle technique to cure hyperlipidemia of tanyuzuluo type is better for its simplification.
