Clinical Research On Treating Periarthritis Of Shoulder With Point Injected Anti-inflammatory Analgesic Liquid

ObjectiveObserve the therapeutic effect,the function and the degree of pain of the shoulder,three days,two weeks and two months respectively after treating periarthritis of shoulder with point injected anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid,so as to provide objective evaluation for the therapeutic effect of treating periarthritis of shoulder with point injected anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid.It has significance on guiding and promoting the clinical application of treating periarthritis of shoulder with point injected anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid.Method70 cases with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly distributed into the treatment group and the control group with 35 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with point injection of anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid.Injecting once was a course of treatment.The control group was given acupuncture and point injected Vitamin D₂ and Calcium Colloidal Injection and Vitamin B₁₂ Injection.The treatment was given every other day, three times a week,six times as one course of treatment.The therapeutic effect was evaluated three days,two weeks and two months after treatment.The function of the shoulder joint was evaluated by the Constant-Murley shoulder joint evaluation standard and the pain was evaluated by VAS.The data is processed by statistics with SPSS 10.0 soft ware.The data was described with (?)±s.Paired t test was adopted to compare the difference in the same group, and t test to compare the difference between groups,ehi square test to compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups.P＜0.05 was considered that the difference tested was of statistical significance.Result1.Three days after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The score of pain lowered in the treatment group.The difference had statistical significance inside the group(P＜0.05);The score of pain in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group and there was statistical significance in the difference(P＜0.05).The treatment group had better effect on alleviating pain than the control group.2.Two weeks after treatment,the scores of shoulder function in both groups were higher than before,and the difference had statistical significance inside the groups(P＜0.05).The score of shoulder function of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance inside the groups(P＜0.05).The scores of pain in both groups were lower than before,and there was statistical significance in the difference inside the group(P＜0.05).The score of pain in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group and the difference had statistical significance(P＜0.05).3.Two months later,the scores of shoulder function in both groups were higher than before,and the difference had statistical significance inside the groups(P＜0.05).The scores of pain in hoth groups were lower than before, and there was statistical significance in the difference inside the group (P＜0.05).There was no statistical significance in the score of pain of the treatment group compared with the control group(P＞0.05).The treatment group had the same effect on analgesia as the control group.Conclusion1.The method of treating periarthritis of shoulder with point injected anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid has prompt analgesic effect.2.The method of treating periarthritis of shoulder with point injected anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid can obviously improve the functional movement of the shoulder.3.Two months later,the therapeutic effect of treating periarthritis of shoulder with point injected anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid is the same as that of acupuncture plus point injected Vitamin D2 and Calcium Colloidal Injection and Vitamin B12 Injection.However,there are advantages of short course of treatment,prompt effect and high compliance of the patient in this method.4.The reverse action rate of treating periarthritis of shoulder with point injected anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid is low and this is a safe method.
