Research On The Regularity Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For The Treatment Of Headache (migraine) In Literature

Objective: To explore the clinical literature of Chinese medicine in the treatment of headache(migraine)in recent 10 years,and analyze the rule of Chinese medicine in treating headache.Hope to provide ideas for clinical treatment of headache.Materials and methods: The literature is from CNKI about the treatment of headache in traditional Chinese medicine in recent 10 years.The search period is January 1,2010-december 31,2020.The first search was conducted by using the search entry of professional search,and the first search was conducted with the retrieval method(su=migraine or su= chronic migraine or su= non premonitory migraine or su= typical migraine or su= family hemiplegic migraine or su= brainstem migraine)and(su= head wind or su=headache),and then the results were "su= TCM or su= Chinese herbal or su= Chinese herbal medicine or su= Chinese herbal medicine or Su" Su= traditional Chinese medicine "is a retrieval type for secondary retrieval,and the Chinese literature included in the above database is retrieved.After searching for the literature,the literature was selected according to the inclusion standard and exclusion standard.The TCM and syndrome types mentioned in the literature were selected.The database was established by Excel software,and spss25.0was used for data statistics and analysis.The high frequency Chinese medicine is cluster analysis,and the factor analysis of traditional Chinese medicine is carried out,and then the relevant contents of TCM treatment for headache are summarized.Result:1.TCM syndrome analysis of headache included in the literature: in 144 documents,49 types of syndromes are involved(see Table 1 for details).The frequency of the first five is blood stasis headache 34 times,liver Yang headache 30 times,phlegm and blood stasis complex 12 times,Qi deficiency blood stasis 12 times,phlegm turbid head pain 10 times.2.The frequency of using Chinese medicine in headache treatment: 158 drugs were included in the literature,136 prescriptions were analyzed,among which,the frequency of occurrence was more than 50 times and 6 herbs were chuanxiong,peony,Gastrodia elata,angelica,Angelica dahurica and licorice.3.The analysis results of the traditional Chinese medicine for headache treatment: the 40 high frequency Chinese medicine(frequency ≥ 16)was classified into 8 categories,ranking according to frequency,and the top three drugs were tonifying deficiency,phlegm relieving cough and relieving asthma,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.4.The sexual taste of traditional Chinese medicine for headache is summarized: in 158 drugs included,the frequency of drug resistance in clinical literatures in recent 10 years is in order of temperature,peace,cold,cool and hot.The frequency of the drugs used for headache treatment was in turn spicy,sweet,bitter,sour and salty.The frequency of TCM treatment for headache was liver,spleen,heart,lung,stomach,kidney,gallbladder,pericardium,bladder,large intestine,triple coke and small intestine.5.Clustering results of traditional Chinese medicine: in this study,the drugs with frequency ≥ 20 times were analyzed.The data is imported into spss25.0,and the analysis menu is selected.The R-type cluster in the system cluster is selected.Because the classification is not known in advance,the cluster members are set to 5-10 for exploratory analysis.The connection mode is inter group connection,and the method is Pearson correlation coefficient to cluster the case.From the figure,the common drug pairs are: red flower peach kernel,Tribulus terrestris pearl mother,hook rattan stone cassing,knee wolfberry.6.Analysis of the factors of traditional Chinese medicine for headache: the factors of drugs with frequency ≥ 20 times were analyzed.11 common factors could be extracted and 9small prescriptions could be made up.The analysis was as follows:(1)shidingming,rattan,medlar,Niugeng,Danshen,rehmannia,Mother Pearl,chrysanthemum,gastrodia,Tribulus terrestris.(2)Taoren,Honghua,Chishao,Huangqi.(3)Pinellia ternata,Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos.(4)Angelica dahurica,asarum,bupleurum.(5)Notopterygium,Saposhnikovia.(6)Yanhusuo,manjingzi,Chuanxiong.(7)Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba.(8)Earthworm,Cyperus.(9)Scorpio,Pueraria.Conclusion:1.In headache(Migraine),the syndrome of blood stasis and headache,phlegm and blood stasis,deficiency of Qi and blood stasis,blood deficiency and headache were the most.2.Treatment of headache(migraine)should be based on the treatment of liver,spleen and heart as the treatment direction.The common treatment drugs are tonic,expectorant,antiasthmatic and activating blood and removing blood stasis,ligusticum Chuanxiong,Paeonia Lactiflora Pall,Gastrodia Elata Blume,Angelica Sinensis,Angelica dahurica and Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Fisch are commonly used in clinic.3.Through cluster analysis and factor analysis,four groups of Chinese herbal medicine pairs and 9 small prescriptions were obtained,which provided a certain idea for the treatment of headache(Migraine).
