Objective:Medical institution has been acknowledged to take the characteristics in knowledge concentration,high risk,and high complexity.There is a big problem existing in almost all of the medical institutions.That is how to balance the relationship between manual and mental labor in medical workers and arouse their enthusiasm in work,and bow to reflect and calculate the value of invisible technological labor in cost accounting and connect with reformation of income distribution system in hospital.Formulating a scientific and practical salary distribution system has become an important means for scientific management in hospital. This article put emphasis on studying secondary distribution mode of performance salary of clinical office in hospital.We try to provide a theory basis for building a fair and stimulant remuneration and reword system.Methods:The outstanding achievements,examinations,and attribute data in nearly two years of 40 clinical departments which belong to one of the affiliated hospital of a university had been conducted by a comparative analysis.Combined with the quantitative and qualitative analysis,we tried to investigate the effect of performance salary allocation mode of clinical department in hospital to the performance by using logistic regression model.Results:Performance salary allocation model of clinical department played a core role in performance.Performance salary allocation mode demonstrated a positive correlation relationship with the office profit growth rate and the average degree of satisfaction in patients. Namely,the scientific and democratic performance salary allocation model is superior to the blind type distribution pattern,however,the latter is better than the centralized distribution mode. Conclusion:The clinical department in hospital should obey the characteristics of different subjects to set up a scientific,reasonable,fair,and democratic performance salary allocation mode.It should be make sure that the performance salary allocation mode has a direct connection with the workload,responsibility,risks,and work efficiency of the employees.This may improve the work efficiency,medical quality,and social economic benefits in hospital and promote the formation of a good medical order.
