Risk Factors Of The Intravesical Occurrence After Resection Of Upper Urinary Tract Epithelial Carcinoma And Construction Of Cox Model

[Objective]:To study the clinicopathological features and Risk factor of upper urinary tract transitional cell cancer with intravesical occurrence.screen prognostic factors and establish postoperative Cox model of predict intravesical recurrence。[Methods]:A retrospective analysis of the cases of postoperative UTUC from Jan.1 2003 to May.2008 was performed.The Cox model was used for multivariate analyses. Survival curve was draw by Kaplan-Meier method,and establish Cox model for predict intravesical recurrence.[Results]:30(88.2%) cases with intravesical recurrence occured within 2 years after surgical treatment,There were 34 cases of intravesical recurrence out of 133 after kidney-ureter and partial bladder resection.(25.56%).The one,two,five years survival rate without tumour of the totle patiens were 82.9%,67.8%and 54.5%, respectively.Cox model for predict intravesical recurrence was established.[Conclusion]:The alone prognostic factors in postoperative UTUC intravesical recurrence were tumor numbers,tumor Staging,lymph node metastasis and Ki-67; Cox model for predict intravesical recurrence and its Predicting Index(PI) can accurately identify postoperative UTUC patients with intravesical recurrence,thus representing a useful tool for the evaluation of the disease.
