Objective: To investigate the non-muscle invasive bladder cancer inpatients with urinary bladder tumor transurethral postoperative infusion ofepirubicin chemotherapy supplemented with sterile sodium hyaluronatesolution bladder infusion of the efficacy of the treatment of chemotherapycomplications. Methods: A total of75cases of transurethral bladder tumor transurethralpostoperative infusion of epirubicin were randomized into two groups, group Apostoperative perfusion (37cases): Table of intravesical doxorubicin50mgsterile hyaluronic acid sodium solution40mg weekly (or monthly) time, atotal of four times; B group (38cases): regular perfusion table after doxorubicin50mg, the same way as group A2patients follow-up times are after bladderinstillation, and at each follow-up review, fill out the clinical symptoms VASscore sheet for analysis of urinary urgency and dysuria and other urinary tractirritation. Results: A group of patients medication three times, VAS score improvedsignificantly compared with the1st (P <0.01);3rd of Group B patients withmedication, clinical symptom score than the two previous scores had improved(P <0.05). However, between the1st and3rd and no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the four or five times; group A than group B patients at thebeginning of the3rd differences in scores have been statistically significant (P<0.05). Frequently, painful urination the number of patients in group A afterjoint perfusion improved from9.32±4.09to5.22±1.65(P <0.05), while thefrequency of nocturia decreased from2.79±1.56to1.35±1.65(P <0.05), theeffect ofsignificant. In contrast, group B patients with frequent, painfulurination situation changed from8.70±3.37to10.03±4.31(P>0.05),nocturia, the number of times becomes3.01±2.202.81±1.77times, nosignificant improvement (P>0.05).Conclusion Sterile sodium hyaluronate solution bladder infusion cansignificantly reduce the occurrence of resection of the perfusion chemotherapydrugs epirubicin due to complications, and urinary tract irritation caused by forinfusion chemotherapy have a significant effect.
