The establishment of the motivation mechanism is the precondition and the important competitive part in the modern human resource management.How to build a set of scientific motivation mechanism that adapts to China's national situation and promotes the development of enterprises in the era of knowledge-based economy is a very important task to enterprises especially to some large or medium-sized state-owned hospitals like Kangjian Central Hospital.This paper takes the Kangjian Central Hospital of Shandong for example and summarizes the profession background of the state-owned hospitals with multipurpose use of the modern management motivation theories.Then the paper analyses the current situation of motivation mechanism in this hospital,and brings up a complete motivation mechanism system and the optimum plan,combining with salary administration,performance appraisal and spiritual motivation.The paper aims to build a proper motivation mechanism that suits the marketing economic structure to promote the form of core competitiveness in the hospital.
