The Research Of Application Of Graded Nurse In ICU Of Junior Comprehensive Hospitals

Objective:To measure and compare if the nurse classification system can effect the basic nursing quality,the nurses' job satisfaction and the patients' satisfaction.Methods:First we optimize the job description of each level according to draft report of Shanghai nurse classification system.Then we(?)hoose the nurses who are working in ICU of the Songjiang Hospital of The Sh(?)nghai First People' s hospital afflicted to Shanghai Jiaotong University luring the period of July 2007 to June 2008.And we applied them according to the things as below:①the statecraft of the professional classifi(?)ation established in 1985;②the nurse grading system of Shanghai Medical(?)ureau;③the overall evaluation of each nurse in ICU last year;④the assessment of each nurse in ICU by the human resource department;⑤the assessment of each nurse in ICU by the relative nursing managers.We compared the quality of basic nursing,the satisfaction efore and after practic(?)ng the nursing grading administration for six months in ICU.Result:There was significant deference between the nursing job satisfaction,the patients satisfaction and the cover ratio of the patient education before and after we practiced the nursing grading administration,p＜0.05.But there was no significant deference between the hospital infection ratio and the bedsore occurrence ratio before and after we practiced the nursing grading administration,P＞0.05.There was also no significant deference between the nursing mistake and embarrassment before and after we practiced the nursing g(?)ading administration.There significant deference between the nursing job satisfaction before and after we practiced the nursing g(?)ading administration,p=0.000.The quantity of the nursing word round and the academic lecture is more than before.Further more we analyz(?)d the teachers of the instructions,we found that there existed significant deference between the quantity of the junior nurses' instruction by the senior nurses before and after we practiced the nursing g(?)ading administration,p=0.009. Conclusion:The practice of the nursing grading administration can i(?)prove the patients' satisfaction,the nurse' job satisfaction and the cover ratio of the patient education in ICU in Junior Comprehensive Hospitals. And we should do much more study to prove the effect of the appli(?)ation of graded to other items of the ultimate basic nursing quality and the nursing research.
