A Clinical Observation On Treating Breast Lobules Hyperplasic Mainly By Bloodletting Of ShaoZe (SI1) And Acupuncture

[Objective]To observe the clinical effects of treating breast lobules hyperplasia with the "Bloodletting of shaoze(SI1) and Acupuncture".[Method]Clinical observations are completed in southern hospital and Tianpei Clinic(Hong Kong),Tianyou Clinic(Hong Kong) and Riguang Clinic(Hong Kong) from 2007.4 to 2007.10.30 cases of breast lobules hyperplasia were randomly selected.All subjects were treated mainly by Bloodletting of Shaoze(SI1) and by Acupuncture.Treatments were administered for 6 weeks.Observation indications include the number of total recovery treatment(blooding treatment and acupuncture), clinical efficacy and the effectiveness of symptomatic relief and untoward side effects.[Result]All clinical symptoms in patients with breast lobules hyperplasia have improved to varying degrees.Sixteen cases got clinical recovery among 30 cases. The total efficacy rate is 90.00%.Most patients got recovery in the second time by bloodletting and the forth time by acupuncture treatment;severe patients got recovery in the forth time by bloodletting treatment and after the thirteenth time by acupuncture treatment.Patients with moderate hyperplasia got the best result. Treatment do best to the improvement of sentiment(p＜0.005) and liver Qi stagnation. There are not any special uncomfortable recording during the observation period.[Conclusion]Bloodletting of Shaoze and Acupuncture give good therapeutic effects to the improvement of sentiment and patients with breast lobules,which also have significant effects in reducing the former breast pain and boring chest bulging.
