It plays an important role in improving the health situation of the whole society by actively promoting the health of female, so as to improve society development. Once for two years, Kunming Railroad Bureau (KRB) processes a general investigation of gynecological diseases among its female employees, which exclusively recognizes the importance of the work for female health. By analyzing the information of the general investigation of KRB's 6481 female employees in 2006, we find that, among the investigated female employees, the prevalence rate of gynecological diseases is 71.32%. Mammary lobular hyperplasia, genital tract infection, uterine myoma and (or) adenomyosis are three major kinds of diseases of high prevalence rate. And for different ages and works, there exists difference in prevalence rate. The analysis shows that, with the increase of the employees'age, the overall prevalence rate increases, which reaching the highest point during the period of 40 years old to 44 years old. Afterwards, the prevalence rate drops to some level. Specially, the prevalence rate of mammary lobular hyperplasia and genital tract infection peaks during the period of 30 years old to 44 years old, while the prevalence rate of uterine myoma and (or) adenomyosis also peaks after the age of 45. With the increase of the employees'age, all the prevalence rates of these three sorts of diseases increase, then drop to some extent after the peak level. We have processed the comparison among KRB's three representative units: Kunming railway passenger section, Kunming railway station, KRB offices. Through the standard calculation of the prevalence rate, we have possessed the following information: the situation of genital tract infection is most serious among the female employees of the passenger section. The prevalence rates of mammary lobular hyperplasia and uterine myoma and (or) adenomyosis are highest in KRB's offices, the passenger section the next, and the railway station the third. The prevalence rate of mammary lobular hyperplasia almost stays at the same level between the passenger section and KRB's offices, but the prevalence rate of the passenger section is a little bit low, which is obviously higher than the railway station. Among these three units, the female employees of the passenger section got the lowest level of health situation, while that level of the KRB's offices is a little high. And the health situation of the female employees stays at the up level in the railway station. After getting the knowledge of the four major factors that affect health situation, including environment, life style, biological genetics, and sanitation service, especially after getting the knowledge of KRB female employees'life-behavior style with different ages and types of work, we have been trying to analyze and understand the causes that lead to the above phenomena. Consequently, relevant measures need to be adopted to promote health situation. Relying on KRB community and the triple net of health and sanitation protection, these measures can be: to actively establish supportive environments, which include society, KRB itself, KRB community, families, and the female individuals; to enhance the ability of community service; to adopt measures to guarantee the quality of general investigation and the quality of health management in a row; to enhance health education; to strengthen the individuals'and families'responsibilities for health care; to improve personal working skills; to establish a healthy lifestyle and work style; to improve personal quality and constitution; to increase the amount of resources to deal with health issues; and to promote individual adaptability under the pressures caused by the changing environment.
