Urinary tract infection(UTI) is a pathogens infection that affects any part of the urinary tract and multiply in the urine,moreover infringe mucosa tissues,stimulate urinary tract.It is a kind of disease that infection involving the kidneys,ureters,bladder,or urethra,climacterium and menopause women are especially prone to UTIs.most patient get at least some symptoms, These may include a frequent urge to urinate and a painful,burning feeling in the area of the bladder or urethra during urination.Based on its clinical characteristics,it belong to the traditional medical "Stranguria".deficiency of spleen and kidney,pathogenic factors residue is very,common in aged patient.In this dissertation,we will observed on agedness urinary tract infection that deficiency of spleen and kidney,pathogenic factors residue type Treated by Self Worked out Jian-pi-li-shi-jie-du-tang,discussing the pathological mechanism and action mechanism for UTIs.This paper sum up the former,according to pathologic characteristics of excess syndrome,combine the tutor's clinical experience,we demonstrated using the method of invigorating spleen to replenish qi and its symptoms and cause can be treated at the same time will get good curative effect for UTIs.We adoption grouping method of clinical pharmacology experiments to compare the self Worked out Jian-pi-li-shi-jie-du-tang group 30 cases and traditional treated by Ba-zheng-san group 30 cases,the result display that treatment group cured 21 cases,effective rate was 70%,the total effective rate was 93.3%,the control group cured 12 cases,effective rate was 40%,the total effective rate was 83.3%.It was proved by statistics that these two methods had significant difference,(P<0.05) and control group was inferior to treatment group.Conclusion:the self Worked out Jian-pi-li-shi-jie-du-tang were controlled the weak healthy qi and pathogenic factors residue type of UTIs effectively, reform the symptom and physical sign,without side effect.It is a new,safe and efficient method to treated UTIs.
