| Object:Ann to explore the relativity of oxidative stress of Type 2 Diabetes and syndrome differentiation.Observing the relation of superoxidase dismutase,Nitric oxide,the course of illness,body mass index,hemoglobin A1c,blood lipid,complications and companion diseases of the diabetes etc..Methods:Choosed 182 inpatients of Type 2 Diabetes mellitus from the endocrine section of the first subsidiary hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,according to Chinese medicine dialectics be divided into three sets of certificate type(Yin deficiency and Dry heat,the deficiency of Yin and Qi,the deficiency of Yin and Yang),carry on a comprehensive observation through clinical manifestation to oxidative stress indexs of superoxidase dismutase(SOD) and Nitric oxide(NO).At the same time measurese①The glucose metabolism index:fasting blood glucose(FBG),hemoglobin HbA1c;②The fat metabolizes index:total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C);③The index of hemorheology;④The laboratory index signs of neurovascular complication of the diabetes mellitus.Results:①The activity of subject's SOD,NO decreased obviously,presenting to descend trend,in sequence of Yin deficiency and Dry heat＞the deficiency of Yin and Qi＞the deficiency of Yin and Yang(P＜0.05).②In the each syndrome type,the levels of SOD,NO of subject with blood stasis compareing with no blood stasis have descended,the deficiency of Yin and Qi had significant difference(P＜0.05).③The analysis of the correlation suggested that the stage of the illness had a negative correlation with the level of Superoxide dismutase(γ=-0.214,P＜0.05).The both levels of SOD and NO of the subjects with diabetic retinopathy(DR) were less than that of subjects without diabetic retinopathy.Conclusions:Following with development of Chinese medicine pathological process of Type 2 Diabetes mellitus(Yin deficiency and Dry heat,the deficiency of Yin and Qi,the deficiency of Yin and Yang),the antioxidant ability weakens gradually,and the level of vascular protection factor NO reduces gradually,protection to the blood vessel decreased. The antioxidant ability lowers obviously for diabetic patients with blood stasis comparing with diabetic patients without blood stasis.The occurance of diabetic retinopathy has a correlation with the decreasing of inantioxidant ability,The occurance of diabetic retinopathy is increasing with the stage of illness. |
