ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic efects and antioxidative effect of Jianpijiangtanghuayupian on Diabets of Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis.MethodsClinical observation of partial:Sixty-four diabetes of Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis patients met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(64patients)and control group(64patients). the treatment group was given Jianpijiangtang huayupian, and the control group was given Metformin. Two months later, The changes of symptoms, Improvement of blood glucose and blood lipid of both groups were observed. The content of malonaldehyde(MDA), the activity of GSH-PX and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in serum was measured.The experimental research part:Use streptozotocin and high calorie diet induced rat animal model of type2diabetes mellitus, Given different doses of Jianpijiangtang huayupian, to observe the effect of drugs on blood glucose, blood fat, superoxide dismutase, MDA level and islet cells in the pancreas in rats influence.ResultsThe total efective rate of treatment group was90.63%, which was obviously superior to that of control group70.31%(P<0.01). Patients in the treatment group after treatment, serum MDA level was decreased, the activity of serum SOD and GSH-PX levels were significantly elevated, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05), Prompt treatment of patients after oxidative stress status improved significantly, the efect of treatment group was superior to that of control group (P<0.05).Experimental study found that, the model control group animal blood glucose, serum lipid and SOD, MDA were significantly increased islet, uneven distribution, area of islet cell atrophy or disappear, and another part of hyperplasia of islet cell hypertrophy, regional. Treatment group blood sugar/blood lipid did not increased significantly, serum SOD, MDA levels compared with model control group, low, islet cell size distribution is uniform.ConclusionJianpijiangtang huayupian have the Improvement of Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis syndrome in patients with diabetes mellitus oxidative stress effect, Its possibly mechanism of action is the drug has been shown to improve insulin sensitivity associated, Improvement of insulin resistance.
