| Objective: By means of the research to oxidative stress in diabetes mellitus rats,to find out the action mechanism of replenish Qi and Yin,expel Blood stasis and Phlegm prevention and cure the inner ear damage of DM rats. Methods:The SD rats were fed with standardized stuff,and induced by Alloxan intraperitoneally to be diabetes rat models.The DM rats were randomly divided into five groups:model control,low dosage of Chinese medicine,high dosage of Chinese medicine.Westem medicine, Composite Western medicine group respectively.Normal control group was also established. The effect of different medicines on the following parameters were detected by immunhistochemistry, biochemistrydetect method, histomorphometry, ect. Which were blood glucose ,TC, TG, HDL-C, blood and plasm viscosity , erythrocyte aggregation and rigidity index ,SOD ,MDA, ABR, changes in general condition and Cochleae as well.Results: Replenish Qi and Yin, expel Blood stasis and Phlegm can improve the general condition, reduce blood glucose TG blood viscosity plasm viscosity and MDA, hoist HDL-3, heighten HDL-C SOD and ABR, decrease the expression of Caspase-3 in hair cell. The comprehensive curative effect of Tanglongfang is superior to that of Composite Western medicine group.Conclusion: Throuth the regulating action of many pathways and links which and Phlegm presented as effectively decreasing cochlear damage caused by oxidative stress. Replenish Qi and Yin, expel Blood stasis and Phlegm contributes to the prevention and treatment of hearing loss in DM rats. |
