| Since the Reform,with the increasing of hygiene investment from the government and application of high-tech production in medicinal domain,the equipment of medical resource and the level of medical service have been improved and quickly development of collocation and utilization of medical equipment have achieved.The ultrasound,which is the medium-sized medical equipment,has been widely used for its function advantage.however,phenomenon of medical expense rising and irrationality of collocation and utilization of medical equipment emerges.To carry out rational collocation and utilization of medical equipment and improve the effective utilization of medical resource is the important condition for advancing the unisonous,steady and robust development of the hygiene project.Therefore to carry out rational collocation and utilization of medical equipment is the important means of insuring hospitals ' service quality and satisfying people' s health service demand.This study analyzed the situation of collocation and utilization of medical equipment in Wenzhou City according to the data from spot investigation and data of publication.Then the study is to open out the achievement and problem of medical equipment collocation and utilization,to put forward proposal and countermeasure about it and to provide referenced opinion for the government and hygiene service department to constitute regional health planning and correlative policies.From July in 2006 to June in 2007,the discussion group randomly chose four high-level hospitals,ten secondary hospitals and 20 fundamental hospitals and investigated the situation of the situation of collocation and utilization of medical equipment.The research include the number of patients per suit,the number of per doctor,the composing of top grade and middling colour ultrasound,the proportion of colour ultrasound and monochrome ultrasound.At the same time,A qualitative research was implemented during principal and interrelated personnel in hospitals,which involves the problems in collocation,utilization and management of medical equipment and the proposition of rational collocation and utilization of medical equipment.Result:At present,ultrasound has been equipped and used widely in hospitals in Wenzhou City,especially the colour ultrasound is the absolutely necessary diagnostic tools in hospitals.The data revealed the amount of ultrasound equipment in manpower resource and material resources is relative insufficiency and is lower than the average level in the Province.The configuration of ultrasound equipment shows the tremendous difference between city and rural areas and the imbalance of manpower resource and material resources.There are a majority of high-grade ultrasound and high-level medical professionals in the large hospitals in the city and lesser in the rural areas where large numbers of medical service demand exist.The problems about collocation and utilization of medical equipment stand out increasingly.It is the imperative issue for the government and interrelated department to resolve that is how to rationally collocate medical resource and reduce the waste of medical resource so as to bring into the maximal social benefit of the finite medical resource. Countermeasure:To rationally collocate the ultrasound equipment and improve the equity of collocation can help to reduce the difference between city and rural areas,the difference among different region,and the difference among the different people.To carry out the rational collocation and improve the effective utilization,it is suggested to enhance the hygiene investment,optimize the collocation of ultrasound equipment,construct the new medical service system.Collocation must accord with the principle of regional health planning to consider the advance,applicability and feasibility of technique.it is also suggested that to accord the emphases to community hygiene and rural area hygiene. It is also necessary to set up and improve the supervision mechanism of ultrasound equipment.
