Clinical Observation On The Clinical Efficiency Of Modified Yangxin Decoction In The Treating Of Qi Deficiency With Blood Stasis And Water Retention Pattern With Ischemic Cardiomyopathy Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency of Modified Yangxin Decoction in the treating of Qi deficiency with blood stasis and water retention pattern patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure and analyze the mechanism of clicinal treatment.Methods:The 60 patients in line with the diagnostic criteria that diagnosed with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure (according with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria), are randomly divided into two groups of treatment group and control group. In the process of research, there are 3 cases falling off, and 30 cases in the treatment group and the others in the control group. The control group received conventional western medicine, including diuretics, ACEI and ARB, vascular dilating drug, positive inotropic agent, etc. The treatment group received conventional western medicine and Modified Yangxin Decoction. The treatment course was 4 weeks. Compared cardiac function effect and the change of TCM symptoms points, Lee’s heart failure cardiac function points,6 minutes walk test and the quality of life of the two groups.Results:1.In the aspect of TCM syndrome points:both groups can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome points, while the treatment group is better than that of control group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).2. In the aspect of the improvement of cardiac function curative effect: two groups all can improve cardiac function grade, while treatment group were better than that of control group in the obvious effective rate and effective rate, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05).3. In the aspects of the improvement of life quality:two groups both can improve heart failure patients’quality of life, while the treatment group is better than that of control group, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05).4. In the aspects of 6 minutes walk test change:two groups both can increase the walking distance of patients, while the treatment group have more advantages than the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1. Modified Yangxin Decoction can improve the TCM syndromes of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure.2. Modified Yangxin Decoction can improve cardiac function of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure.3. Modified Yangxin Decoction can improve the quality of life of patients with ischemic cardiomy opathy heart failure.4. Modified Yangxin Decoction can increase the distance of 6 minutes walking distance test of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure.
