The Clinical Study Of Asthenia Of The Kidney On Yin And Yang Of Perimenpause Syndrome(PS) With Bushen Ankun Decoction

Objective:To observe the therapeutical effect of BuShenAnKun Decoction (BSAKD) on PS and explore its mechanism.Menthod:60 patients were divided into two groups at random:the test group ( 30 cases,treated with BSAKD ) and the control group ( 30 cases,treated with Shenqi Erxian Pill ).Before and after of treatment, improvement of the clinical symptoms,changes of E2, FSH, LH, TC, HDL, LDL, CA, E, NE, PTH, CT and differences both two groups were observed.Result:The clinical effective rate is 93.34% in the test group, it is 70% in the control group (P<0.05). After the treatment,the scores of Kupperman is lowered significantly(P<0.01).The FSH is lowered, the E2 is raised significantly(P<0.01). The TC and LDL are reduced, the HDL is increased remarkably (P<0.05).The CA,E and NE are significantly reduced(P<0.05).The PTH is reduced,and CT is raised remarkably (P<0.05).Except of LH,there are significant differences on all observed indexes between two groups after the treatment. Conclusion:The Bushen Ankun decoction has extremely precise therapeutical effect on asthenia of the kidney on yin ang yang of PS.And the mechanism might be related to improve the function of hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary axis,regulate nerve system, improve metabolism of bone ,etc.
