The Research Of Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Hydrothorax

Objective: To investigate the XiaoXuan Component for the elimination of hydrothorax , doing a preliminary study for the optimization of advanced cancer of the pleural effusion Chinese medicine treatment programme based on clinical research。Methods: all the 60 cases in compliance with tanyun block Meridian,according to the random number table is divided into the treatment group 30 cases, the contrast group 30 cases。the treatment group:The treated group was treated by XiaoXuan Decoction combined with chemotherapy by locally applying of DDP via abdominal infusion,while the control group was treated by DDP infusion alone .Perturbation of the two groups before and after chest radiography, B-comparison, after a month, evaluate the efficacy and observe the quality of life (Karnofsky score), blood and liver and kidney reactive situation.Results: The two groups of patients in remission rate after treatment , the difference was significant (P <0.05), the treatment group better than the Contrast group.there was significant difference (P <0.05) after treatment in the two groups TCM Syndrome integral to improve. the treatment group than the control group patients were treated Karnofsky score improve the situation(P <0.05), the treatment group with the body functional status and quality of life conditions better than the group; purely Western medicine treatment group patients , blood and liver and kidney reactive to a certain extent reduce the treatment group after treatment with varying degrees of liver and kidney reactive improvement, albumin and total protein increased to a certain extent.Conclusion: XiaoXuan Component with pleural chemotherapy, treatment tanyun block Meridian of the hydrothorax, and pleural purely Western medicine chemotherapy contrast, the former methods can indeed enhance the illness remission rate, improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life .
