| Objective: The chronic superficial of gastritis(CSG) is a kind of common disease of the digestive system,frequently-occurring,sush symptoms as the above suffering from abdominal pains, abdominal distension,instead sour, belch,nausea etc at clinic.The course of disease is long,delay and dose not heal,break repeatedly.Long course of disease can cause anaemia,thinness,malnutrition etc; even develop into chronic gastritis,stomach cance.It's incidence of disease rises year by year,rank first in various kinds of stomach trouble in recent years. Illness can come on at the age of 15-60.It is antagonizing sour,solving convulsion,protecting stomach mucous membrane,promoting stomach power as the main fact in order to resist for traditional ways to treat; while it breaks repeatedly and its high incidence needs to be researched and solved thoroughly for the future. Chinese medicine accumulates abundant experience,can improve patient's clinical symptom effectively through the long-term clinical practice,reduce the chances of recrudescence.Therefore,further investigation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of CSG's effective prescription,have wide prospect to develop the new clinical and effectual method.On the foundation of sdudy and previous experiment,observing the method of eliminating heat and removing dampness to regulate the middle warmer treat CSG's clinical curative effect and security,offers basis on which the clinic of this method is porpularized and applied. Method:The qualified test-accepters are divided into treatment group and control group in proportion of 1:1.Every group has 30 test-accepters.They are given the drugs on time order;the treatment courses of two groups are four weeks.According to the observed results,evaluate the treatment effectiveness:1 The observation of treatment effectiveness:(1) Accumulated the score of symptom;(2) Gastroscope exam,Hp exam, lively body organization exam.2 Security test: the three routine exams,liver function(ALT),kidney function(BUN,Cr),ECG.AT last ,according to the treatment effect and the safe observition,to evaluate the usefulness and the safety.Results:1.To compare the totle effect of two groups,statistics shows that there is a significant difference after the treatment between treatment group and control group. That shows the effect of the treatment group of Chinese medicine is much more significant than western medicine. The evident control rate of treatment group is 73.33%, the evident control rate of control group is 40%. The Statistics shows the significant difference between two groups. Therefore, the evident control rate of Chinese medicine treatment group is much more significant than the group of western medicine.2.To compare the totle integral calculus of symptoms and advertises,treatment group and control group have significant difference in front and back treatment(P<0.05), the treatment group are superier to the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The result of Hp test after treatment dose not have significant difference between two groups.3.To compare the result of gastroscope and Hp exam and lively body organization exams, treatment effect of every group has significant difference in front and back treatment(P<0.05);after treatment the result of gastroscope and lively body organization exams of two groups has differences(P<0.05).The result of HP test after treatment does not have significant difference between two groups.4.In the aspects of safety abserving,both groups do not have the bad reaction.Conclution:By four weeks treatment,the clinic effect of the method is superior in every aspect,and has superiority on totally organizing and improving symptom.This method is adapt to the CSG patients with spleen-stomach with damp-heat and stasis obstruction syndrome.It can eliminate heat and remove dampness to regulate the middle warmer.It has been certified a safe and effective priscription of Chinese herbal medicine by clinic experiment. |
