Clinical Study On Treatment Of Salpingemphraxis Sterility Of Shi Re Yu Zu Syndrome With Complex Therapy

Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western treating patients with salpingemphraxis sterility diagnosed Shi Re Yu Zu syndrome.Methods:60 patients with salpingemphraxis sterility diagnosed Shi Re Yu Zu syndrome were divided into two groups randomly. The group of combination enema and peros of Traditional Chinese Medicine with injection medicine into the side of cervix was given to treatment group including 30 patients. At the same time the group of combination peros of Traditional Chinese Medicine with injection medicine into the side of cervix was given to control group including 30 patients. After one to three course of treatment Observe the pregnant rate; the curative effect ;the changes of clinical symptoms and signs of the traditional Chinese medicine and the unobstructed degree of uterine tube, including the capacity of regurgitation and the resistance of bolu.Results:The total of treatment group is 28,8among the total is pregnancy, the pregnant rate is 28.57%, 6 among the total is excellence, 7among the total is utility, 7 among the total is inefficacy .The total of control group is 29, 2 among the total is pregnancy , the pregnant rate is 6.89% in control group, 2 among the total is excellence, 11 among the total is utility , 14 among the total is inefficacy. There is significant difference between them (P<0.05). Total effective rate is 75.0% in treatment group, it is 50.7% in control group, there is significant difference between them (P<0.05). After treatment the two groups can both decrease the unobstructed degree of uterine tube, but there is significant difference between two groups after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:The method with enema of the Traditional Chinese Medicine can advance the blood circulation, and recover the function of uterine tube ,so as to raise pregnancy rate. So choosing this method to treat salpingemphraxis sterility diagnosed Shi Re Yu Zu syndrome has a certain prospect ,it is necessary to further study mechanism of this method.
