Female sterility means that couples of proper age with normal sexual life and without contraception for2year without pregnancy. Tubal Factor Infertility is usually due to chronic fallopian inflammation,endometrosis, TB of the reproductive system and abdominal operation history.This thesis includes lierature survey and clinic data excavating and analysising research.The first part:lierature surveyIntroduced the undersanding of tubal infertility and the main method of treatment in the Chinese medicine and western medicine.reviewd the way how the chinese medicine and western medicine treat on tubal infertility.The second part:analysis research.Objective:find out the first important complication in the treatment of tubal infertility。 And then choose the best RX.methods:select the appropriate patient’s medical record about six years,to data input and analyse by medical statistics.Result:1、whether the patient who has had an operation in her abdomen can affect the curative effect of chinese treatment.2、The age、treatment times、whether have the hiotory of gravidity and dialectical department are not so important.Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine treating tubal factor infertility showed safe and effective.2.Tubal factor infertility by tubaculosis treated by TCM showed unsatisfied result.3.The cases of pelvical operational history showed unsatisfied result.4.The age、treatment times、whether have the hiotory of gravidity and dialectical department are not so important.5. The main therapeutic methods is activating blood,resolving stasis.
