Goal: The trial focuses on the Coronary Heart Disease and is trying to provide laboratory evidence for auricular point selection in the clinical practice.Electrocardiogram and positive sensitive points are used as the objective indexes in the trial.The heart points both locate on cavity of chonca and back of ears are detected and compared on CHD patients while the 8th district on the earlobe serves as the blank .The three points received the same auricular needling therapy,ECG is applied immediately and after 15 minutes.Through comparision of the objective indexes,relative specificity and pertinence on heart of the two heart points are compared.Method: 30 CHD patients are involved in the trial.Through randomized procession,heart point on the cavity chonca,heart point on the back ear and the 8th disrict on the earlobe receive auricular needling at three arranged times.The interval between every two treatment should be no less than 7 days.Objective indexes are recorded and processed by the computer.Through the analysis on the result,conclusion is made.Result: ECG:First,there is significant difference between heart point on cavity chonca and the 8th district on the earlobe(Sig<0.05).Second, there is no significant difference between heart point on back ear and the 8th district on the earlobe(Sig>0.05).Sensitive points:First, there is significant difference between heart point on the cavity chonca and 8th district on the earlobe,meanwhile, there is significant difference between heart point on back ear and 8th district on the earlobe(Sig<0.05) .Second, there is no significant difference between heart point on the cavity chonca and heart point on back ear(Sig<0.05). Conclusion: Needling heart point on cavity chonca can significantly improve the blood supply of the cardiac musle,while needling heart point on back ear can not .Both of the heart point on cavity chonca and heart point on back ear are sensitive in diagnosing CHD.
