Immunity Function Study On The Effect Of XiaoZheng Decoction To Endometriosis

Objective: To observe the curative effect and the effect on the immunity indexes of XiaoZheng Decoction in treating Endometriosis. To explore the mechanism of rectifying the immunity.Methods:60 patients were divided into the treatment group(30 cases,treated with XZD) and the control group(30 cases,treated with SanJieZhenTong Capsule) at random. Before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms, physical sign and the immunity indexes, such as Cancer Antigen 125 (CA125), Endometrium Antibody (EmAb) , T cell subgroups(CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8) and the activity of blood NK cell were observed. Result: XiaoZheng Decoction treatment of endometriosis markedly effective rate of 60.00 percent, the rate was 90.00 percent, its clinical efficacy and efficacy of Chinese medicine syndrome is better than the control group. Laboratory test results showed that: endometriosis patients with immune disorders, treatment before patients with the level of CA125, EmAb positive rate increased significantly, CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 lower than normal, peripheral NK cell activity Decreased significantly after treatment in patients with two levels of CA125, EmAb positive rate significantly lower, CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 ratio increased significantly, NK cell activity both increased.Conclusion: XiaoZheng Decoction can effectively improve the patient's clinical signs and symptoms of endometriosis a better clinical effect, and improvement in patients with immune function, maintain the stability of immune function.
