Clinical Immunity Study On The Effect Of NeiYi Decoction In Treating Endometriosis

Objective: To observe the curative effect and the effect on the immunity indexes of NeiYi Decoction in treating Endometriosis. To explore the mechanism of rectifying the immunity. Methods : Forty patients were divided into two groups by random: 26 cases were settled as the treatment groups, which were treated with NeiYi Decoction; 14 cases were settled as the control group, which were treated with Danazol. Before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms, physical sign and the immunity indexes, such as Cancer Antigen 125 (CA125), Endometrium Antibody (EmAb) and T cell subgroups were observed. Result: There is the immunity dysfunction in the patients with endometriosis. After the treatment, there is no notable difference in the total curative effect between treatment and control group. The improvement of syndrome of treatment group are significantly above the control. There is a significant fall in the serum levels of CA125 and EmAb, the improvement of cell immunity in the two groups. Conclusion : NeiYi Decoction is an effective recipe in treating Endometriosis, the effect can be achieved by improving the symptom and sign, rectifying the immunity dysfunction.
